He was in and out in minutes and put a screw in that might have been missing from a previous repair, sn the the back panel was secure. The previous tech order the correct part which made the repair so quick.

My technician called to let me know when he was coming. He arrived within the estimated time. He repaired my oven quickly and was very nice and professional. Nothing on the technician, but I wish Sears would give a better time window than 8am -5pm.

The technician, Ahmaud was informative about my dryer. In addition, he gave me tips to increase life of my washer as well without prompting from homeowner. He explained what was wrong with my dryer before beginning the repair and did not mind explaining when I asked questions. Good representative for your company!
