Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable

Appointment was to be between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. I was expecting them to arrive closer to 2:00 PM, but to my surprise the the repairmen arrived at 9:45 Am. (15 minutes early) They diagnosed the problem right away, showed it to me and explained what had happened. They explained what was needed to fix the problem and gave me an estimated cost. They had the problem fixed in no time and the final cost was below their estimate. I couldn't have been more satisfied. I will use Sears again if ever needed. They deserve my five star rating.

Chris S. is an phenomenal repairman. Not only did he do an outstanding job fixing our dryer, he also took the time to provide very valuable education about dryer maintenance and upkeep. Without his expertise, we would have run into the same issue over and over again. Would recommend Chris S. and the Sears Appliance repair team in the future. Thanks!

Excellent, fast and courteous service! The salewoman was very nice and we were attended to right away. We were notified when the installation team would arrive and the installation took maybe 15 mins. I would absolutely recommend using Sears for appliance purchase and installation. No negatives here!
