Cesear was amazing! He came and initially diagnosed our issue and was the one who came back. He was super helpful and wonderful, especially with little kids around. He was finished fixing everything in less than an hour, checked it for quality and to ensure it worked properly and then was on his way. After having over a month of no dryer we are so thankful to have a working one again!

Sears Homes Services was the contractor Assurant used with our dishwasher repair warranty. This turned into a very pleasant experience. The repairman we had was named Aaron. He was very nice and cordial. He arrived on time and had gone to great trouble to make sure he did as he said his truck had broken down earlier in the day but made the extra effort to make sure our repair was look after in time. Even though he said he had only worked for Sears for about three weeks it was evident he knew what he was doing and had many years of experience working on appliances. He knew our type of dishwasher well and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to order a part so he scheduled a visit back in just over a week. He was back on time and did the repair efficiently and so far we have had no more problems with the dishwasher. We will happily go back to this place in the future especially if Aaron could do the work.

Very nice technician and he knows his stuff. Huge bonus he loves dogs and particularly pitbulls because he was so good with mine. It was nice that he spoke to the home warranty company to tell them it cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced, too. Great experience.
