Technician Michael did an outstanding job performing the preventative maintenance on my TVs (3) and treadmill. He was thorough and willingly explained why and what he was doing. He is a Truly Human Relations person. He did an EXCELLENT job.

The repair was done well and the service gentleman was very nice and efficient. I think the service time of between 7 am and 6 pm is ridiculous.
