Cesar, was very polite, knowledgeable abd experienced. He explained everything he was doing and what he thought to be the problem. I would recommend him to anyone I know. After reading all the reviews, I would like to add that I also came in contact with Sears by way of A home warranty company. However, Cesar, our tech did call to update us on his time of arrival. Also he never even mentioned money until he had already diagnosed and fixed my AC unit. Then the charge was exactly as stated by our Home warranty company. Again, if ever asked for a recommendation of an appliance repairman it would be Cesar every time. That's saying a lot since I'm a contractor myself.
