Service person very timely and very knowledgeable. He gave me instructions about my furnace filter and how often to change it. He also showed me the 'pea trap' and advised how to maintain it during the summer season.

Caesar, our technician, did a thorough job, meticulously cleaned and did troubleshooting on our problem, then went above and beyond to replace the silver vent pipe for heat to outside. My husband has Parkinson's, so doing this task would've been very difficult for him. Thanks so much, Caesar!
