Our dryer stopped working on Friday, so I called Sears for repairs. I was able to call late in the day because they utilize an AI scheduler ("Samantha" wasn't all that great, but it got a tech here the next business day, which was great. The tech, Mohammed N, was terrific and had the problem solved quickly. Highly recommend!
