Mohammad came out and did an amazing job explaining the issue we were having with our refrigerator. He was also able to facilitate a solution with our warranty company that everyone was happy with. I would recommend Mohammad and Sears to anyone that was having an issue with any appliance!

Cesar was wonderful, truly professional ans friendly. He knew what he was doing, fixed the issues, explained and showed me exactly what the issues were and provided great information on the pricing of the fix and getting a warranty to cover all my appliances and I got it. Would definitely recommend him!
