I can’t say enough good things about the technician who came out today. After multiple visits from other techs who either couldn’t figure out the issue or didn’t seem to care, this was the first technician who took real pride in his work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient—everything you’d hope for but rarely get. Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem quickly, but he also took the time to explain what was wrong and how he was fixing it, which gave me confidence that the issue was truly resolved. His level of expertise was immediately apparent, and it was refreshing to finally have someone who clearly knew what they were doing. If every technician were like him, service calls wouldn’t be a frustrating experience. He’s a true professional, and I genuinely appreciate the quality of his work.

Cesar was wonderful. Showed up in time and explained what he was doing and listened to me when I told him what the machine was doing. He was careful and methodical. I want him for all of my appliance repairs!

I would recommend Mohammad anytime I am asked for an appliance expert. He is extremely professional, has excellent skills and is kind & patient. Refrigerator design doesn't give a lot of room to work - considering the welding required etc. (Refrigerator compressor replacement) Thank you, sir, for everything!
