Mohammed was the tech who came to service my refrigerator. He was knowledgeable of the problem but unfortunately the refrigerator control board was dead & no longer available for my fridge. Now I’m looking to buy a new fridge.

Abdul immediately efficiently diagnosed the issue of the defective ice maker fan. He promised that he would pick up the part the following morning and come to install the part. Despite a long day he came and installed the new fan in the evening going out of his way to fulfill his promise. Service most appreciated. Don't buy Samsung refrigerators due to poor ice maker design!
