I had a burner on my gas stove that would not light. I needed a quick repair in order to get the house ready to sell. I was able to easily go online and pick the best date for the service. Daniel showed up and was quickly able to find and fix the problem. I was very happy with the overall service provided by Sears and Daniel.

Service provides an update on where you are in the queue which is helpful. Service techs were professional, polite and left my kitchen as clean as it was before they started fixing my microwave. I was able to get an initial appointment within 24 hours of my problem which did require an order for a part which came directly to my home and expedited the repair.
