The dishwasher was not repaired. The first service tech did not order the correct parts to fix the problem and the second installed parts that did not fix all of the issues. The second installer explained that there was nothing he could do because he was not the one to assess the dishwasher. The dishwasher is currently still making noises when it runs through cycles.

Sears sent a technician to repair my oven, which was not heating properly. Unfortunately, the technician appeared inexperienced and was repeatedly on the phone seeking guidance even for very basic steps. He mentioned that parts might need to be ordered and that he would return, but without any explanation he then started opening the oven. Shortly after, he stated that he could not disconnect the oven from the electrical outlet because it was “not his job.” He then reassembled the oven and left, saying he could not help. In addition, the technician was frequently making personal phone calls during the visit, which was unprofessional and concerning. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of skill and professionalism. I do not recommend using Sears for appliance repair services.

Called and scheduled an appointment for between 8-12. 12 passes - nothing from the tech or Sears. Call 5 different numbers. it's all AI. You cannot talk to a person and you cannot contact the tech. At 3pm the tech calls me and says they are 2.5 hours out and he thinks it's the compressor. Hasn't even looked at the fridge. Do not waste your time. Sears is dead.
