Michael (Sears tech) performed a thorough inspection of the system and identified the fault. It is button which turns unit on/off. The previous tech just looked at the unit and tried to ordered parts and left. Michael explained that part is not in Sears’ parts list. Sears will make inquiries and let me know via (AHS) if they can obtain it. Michael did an excellent job.
