There was no hope for our 2012 Sears-purchased washer, but Caesar explained how tariffs affect prices on parts vs replacing, agitators vs electronics, and threw in some fearless contact with the feisty 10 year old dog we rescued recently. She hates strangers. It's our ongoing project. She made a friend...at a reasonable price. Very personalized service!
