I made an online appt at 10 am and a technician was at my house at 2 pm. Cesar was very pleasant and diagnosed the problem quickly. I would highly recommend him!

The service was stellar. Our repair technician was skilled, professional, and expeditious. A+ on the repair. The only downside was I regret giving you my email address. To repair a microwave door requires maybe a phone call or two and 2 or 3 texts at most. It did and does not require 13 emails (I just counted). I understand you take pride in your service and that is commendable, but 13 emails is a nuisance for me and embarrassing for you. Do I block you? Spam folder detour? Or do you understand?
