I wasn’t crazy about the 7 am - 6 pm arrival window, but technician arrived just before noon. Issue was fixed within 10 minutes. Tech was friendly and professional.

Caesar was a very knowledgeable, efficient service provider. He detected the source of the problem even before seeing the dryer. I appreciated his friendly disposition and his willingness to discuss the problem and provide quick resolution. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs service.

Maytag Electric Dryer with the dreaded water valve (for steam that I never use). Very knowledgeable and had experience to solve problem. Checked to ensure no components damaged from quart of water in tub. Very pleased with effort. Disconnected steam (water) line and checked out unit. If it eventually craps out will get new one (8 yrs old and used a lot). Also, incredibly fast. Booked at 10 pm last night, here at 8 am today. Thank you.

the two technicians were required to be creative to complete the repairs to our microwave. The replacement magnatron had screws incompatible with our microwave. My wife suggested looking in my personal workshop supplies, where they were able to locate screws that were the correct size. I was pleased that they showed that initiative, for without that, they faced a dilemma, because ordering another replacement would have had the same problem, and we may have had to replace the entire microwave, for the lack of four screws,costing sears more money. This is a small but possible significant problem with your supply chain. I give 5 stars to the technicians, and two stars to Sears itself because of the supply chain issue and the difficult position you put your technicians in. I could theoretically bill you for the screws.
