I was happy and relieved to get an appointment the same day I called. I was given a 4 hour window, MOHAMMAD HAROON, the technician called me 20 min before arriving. He was courteous and professional. He explained what the problem with the dryer could be and what the repair would intel. He cleaned and repair the dryer and gave some advice in how to take care of it. Thank you Sears!
