Our technician was greatly delayed, but once he arrived he was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately we need a part before our range can be fixed, so we will need another visit. Our biggest disappointment was that nobody contacted us about the delays, which turned our 8am-noon window into an arrival time after 5pm!

Mohammed was the tech who came to service my refrigerator. He was knowledgeable of the problem but unfortunately the refrigerator control board was dead & no longer available for my fridge. Now I’m looking to buy a new fridge.
