Mohammad Haroon immediately diagnosed the issue of the defective ice maker. Will be replaced when part arrives. Once again he was very efficient diagnosing and moving to fix an ongoing issue with Samsung refrigerators. Don't buy Samsung refrigerators due to poor ice maker design!
