The service representative called prior to his arrival and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the necessary parts. He was very thorough and cleaned the area when he finished. He was very polite and explained what was done.

It needed a new front panel but he didn't have the same color with him. He offered to order the correct color or we could try the color he had. Actually liked the color he had better. Thanks for offering.

Tech showed up right on time and worked to replace broken ice maker motor that was pre-shipped. Ice maker didn't work. Tech went out to truck came back with another complete ice maker and after replacing it and resetting electrical breaker, ice maker now works better than the original one did
