The technician was on time, very efficient, and courtesies, Could not be happier.

The service representative called prior to his arrival and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the necessary parts. He was very thorough and cleaned the area when he finished. He was very polite and explained what was done.

Service person arrived when he said he was going to and serviced my Clothes Washer and Dishwasher and was knowledgeable enough to answer all of my questions. Left my appliances in excellent working condition once again!

Tech showed up right on time and worked to replace broken ice maker motor that was pre-shipped. Ice maker didn't work. Tech went out to truck came back with another complete ice maker and after replacing it and resetting electrical breaker, ice maker now works better than the original one did

Repair technician came the next morning, was super nice, and took care of the problem quickly. We loved being able to schedule online.
