On time and fixed the dishwasher quickly and it works. Only issue was a 10 day wait for service.

The technician arrived in a very timely manner. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He showed me the part causing the problems but didn't recommend replacing it. He explained to me how to clean the part and explained what would happen if the machine wasn't properly prepared to ride out the summer in the shed. He spent time with me to show me the various parts and how to service them. All in all, a super learning experience.

Very professional. Made suggestions for taking better care of our appliances, asked questions. Very pleasant. I was fortunate enough to have this same technician come when i requested help with my water softener. I have been having real problems with this 3 year old softener for the past year. I've had several technicians come and look at it, called the water softener 800 # and was always told different things to try, but nothing helped. He came, checked the softener, found (I hope), ordered parts and hopefully in a couple of weeks I'll have a water softener that works. The parts arrived, a different technician named Paul came out and did the installation. I was equally happy with Paul, professional, personable, did the job, explained what to expect and hopefully things will be back to normal, for the water softener, within 6-8 weeks. I only wish all of the Sears technicians were as competent as these 2 gentlemen (Tim & Paul).
