Mohammad Haroon did an outstanding job replacing the compressor in our Sears fridge. Worked hard, and fast, which was tough since it was almost 5 pm before he was able to get to us. Though we were kept appraised about the evolving arrival time. There are clearly not enough repair technicians to meet the requirements of all of Sears' repair contracts. We waited weeks for this appointment, after the previous appointment was a 14 hour wait resulting in a no show. Leaving us for 3 1/2 weeks with a non-functional fridge. During those 3 1/2 weeks we could not reach a real human being. Incredibly frustrating experience. Too bad because the repair tech was great. But will never willingly use Sears Appliance Repair again.
