Technician was knowledgeable. Arrived 2 hours outside of the appointment window. Would have been nice to receive a call that he was running late. The website time tracker was not updated or helpful.

He could not find a gas leak in the stove. He checked downstairs and around the rest of house for any source of gas leak . He found nothing. He checked the gas meter outside as well. Since there wasn't a detectable leak there was nothing to fix or repair. He seemed to be thorough and I appreciated the time he spent on the matter.

The Service Tech was very nice and very helpful in answering my questions. In fact, he suggested a service to me that was never offered to me before. He suggested about bundling my services together in one warranty. He contacted the people and I made the arrangements that day. All my appliances that were covered under the Master Protection Warranty given their check up for the year and passed the inspection!
