We scheduled a diagnostic appointment for December 15th, and they needed more parts to make repairs. The 2nd appointment was December 27th, and no one had ordered the parts. They order the parts, and today (January 10th) they were supposed to install. Keep in mind, either me or my wife has had to take off work each time for these appointments. Today, the appointment was 10am-2pm. They show up at 2:11, and text a picture of my front door saying no one is home. My wife did not hear a knock, and they never called. Now we have to schedule a fourth appointment. Edit: The guy called in sick for the 4th appointment, and now have to reschedule for a fifth Edit #2: Now they rescheduled my appointment to a day I'm working without telling me. Edit#3: They called in sick again, and told me I would be rescheduled to tomorrow, February 23rd. I checked the order page and it looks like it's been changed to March 7th. It's been almost three months without a washer.

I tried to use Sears. We have used them almost exclusively in the past, will not anymore! I made the appointment, have been without a refrigerator for 2 days now. I waited all day and the tech calls at 6:40 and says he can’t make it. He then goes on to say that he can reschedule for sometime in the next 1-3 days. I asked him if he could do Without a fridge for 5 days at his house, he said no. Total disappointment. Utter fail Sears. How the mighty have fallen!
Dan N,
The technician is great! Knowledgeable and professional, the problem is the company! Each month they deduct their fee every month religiously, and when you schedule for service they give you a window 8am - 5pm, and technician appear 5:25pm after you tried to reach the offices whole day finally when you get someone to raise your concern they tell you they don’t even know the contact of the technician and they don’t know what time technician will arrive, this is so frustrating. At least when a service call is schedule out a technician number and name so that customer are able to reach out. Then here comes my technician who spent 25 minutes because it is already past 5pm and he has to go and attend another call. This is not right. When you sign up for agreement they don’t tell you that you will have to suffer when you request service!
Agnes N,
Upon arrival the tech was informed that my dryer was squeaking and not heating. He advised me that the diagnostic was 99$. I said fine. He checks the dryer and says the repair is 339$. I agree and he does the repair. The. Kent states he “forgot’ to repair the heat problem and then quotes me an additional 150$. I was unhappy and asked him to call his supervisor-he refused. I felt forced to to agree since I already had lost work wages. I will be reporting this to the BBB asap. AND he put a damaged part on my dryer.
Kim K,
The Tech never showed up. He simply lied stating we were not at home. My wife and I had taken time off from work to make sure someone was home. There was no contact information provided other than some auto response number. No way to contact customer service and talk to live person. Moreover they had the odessity to send invoice. Such a scam
Rajiv G,
Our Technician was on his phone for 10 minutes and then ordered expensive parts. I asked him to show me what was wrong with my dryer. He then told me no because he would have to open the dryer. I asked him how did he know what was wrong and he said he just did. I don't understand if you didn't even take a look at my dryer how do you know what was wrong with it.
