If you can get Aaron B. as your technician, request him. Mr. Aaron is courteous, professional and detailed orientated. He has accomplished detailed maintenance inspections to thorough problem solving on my Sears appliances. There hasn't been a challenge big enough at my home that he hasn't resolved in a timely manner. His track record of his superb work ethics is the only reason I continue to have Sears as my home appliance remedy company. If you have the opportunity to request Mr Aaron, a master technician, your appliances won't be disappointed. Promote Mr. Aaron so he can bring stability to what remains of Sears and loyal customers like myself won't seek services elsewhere. When exceptional employees, like Mr. Aaron, are no longer technicians, we want to know that there are personnel with his leadership qualities managing and sustaining a certain level of excellence still in the field. Mr. Aaron should be a regional manager immediately! On another note, Sears improvement suggestion: Stay away and ban employee "Mr. Hung H.". Mr. Hung is rude, lazy, refuses to do proper maintenance, has no integrity and has commited fraud. Mr. Hung charged Sears for work he never accomplished and for that reason, he forged my signature on the work without my knowledge (picture attached). Sears managers opened a case twice but has never called me back. I'm a disabled veteran which means forging my signature is considered impersonating a federal employee. This is illegal and Mr Hung should no longer have employment with Sears.
