Cedric, our repairman, did an EXCELLENT job. When we were finally able to reach a person, he did a great job. Sears automated AI system is THE WORST. We called several times to speak with an actual person but couldn’t. Worst system ever. Working with AHS is the worst.

I read the technics report that states I claimed there were errors message that’s was sent to you prior. Please provide thec info to your technician before they arrive. His right up made me seem like a liar . I don’t appreciate the insinuation ! Please inform them prior to making the home visit

Very knowledgeable and efficient. Finally completed repair. Prior service tech (right before him) diagnosed it correctly and he installed it (both are 5 stars). I was charged $100 twice irregardless of my existing Home contract with Sears. Overall the service would be 2 stars if not for the last two techs.

I’ve taken 2 days off from work for repairs and now I need to take a third day for attempted repairs…. Technicians carries no parts with them, which makes them unprepared to complete repairs in one visit, this disrupts the customer’s life and planning.

Your technician (Hlio G.) was horrible. Non responsive when ask a questions. He exhibited a very non professional attitude. As if he didn't want to do his job. He was very reluctant to answer any question. He ask me if other companies had be out and what information they had given me to what was the problem. He did say that my outside air condition compressor was unrepairable. When ask what now what is the procedure. His reply was, they are going to look for one. I ask who is ( they)? Without any futher reply to my question. He turned and walked out my front door, and said have a good day. Got in his truck and drove away. Can you please give me an update on, when to expect to have this resolved. As you may be awear that this is the end of ( May) and the start of the summer season. I have a family of four (4) people living at this address. Two of which are seniors of over (70) years of age. Please do not send this technician to my home again. I patiencely await your response.
