My technician was Top Notch! He called to let me know he was on the way (which is huge for me bc your window of 8-5 is entirely too long) he was very polite, knowledgeable and kind. He corrected the problem in a timely fashion and I'm very pleased.

He was awesome! He called Samsung when the part didn’t seem right. They told him one of the wires they no longer use on the water dispenser anymore. We both were happy to hear that. The new dispenser is working perfect, and making Ice. Thanks again.
