I purchased a Sears appliance warranty and am totally dissatisfied with Sears communications via call center and their effectiveness in properly dispatching their technical personnel. I opened a service request to schedule repairs to my Kenmore washer on 7/23/2024. And my 4-hour window for each appointment was rescheduled 5 times (7/23, 7/27, 8/2, 8/9 and 8/14) with no explanation. On 7/19/2024, Faramarz ordered the necessary parts in advance for the repair, arrived as scheduled and provided excellent service. I would absolutely recommend him as your service technician.
