Very unprofessional, technician arrived hours early never called me to inform he was en route. There’s no number to call to speak to any representatives.

Technician never appeared to home for services and sent bill to our email stating that service was completed. My husband missed entire day of work, while technician blatantly falsified documents. We are now sitting in a home that reads 86 degrees. Very disgusted and disappointed. I wish I would have been able to rate a 0.

NOPE! Contractor was no call no show before and ALSO ordered the wrong part. I was without head for 2 weeks when we had the Syberia type ice storm here on the east coast. Seemed nice and knowledgable however commuication was POOR! Also SEARS repair is all AUTOMATED with AI. No way to talk to PEOPLE!

Technician arrived after the 4 hour window. When he was done he left in a rush without giving me an update. Dryer was not plugged in when he left leading me to believe no test was done to verify the work was complete. Now the dryer doesn't turn on.

We purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator back in December 2020 and are now being told that parts are no longer being manufactured to repair it. We were charged a service fee even though no service was rendered. Very unhappy with the product and service.

I struggle to rate this service properly. 99% of the Technicians are 5 stars! However the overall plan is a hassle & a headache due to everything being managed with AI. And a poor AI platform at that. Sears Protect seemed like a great plan as a new home owner. And the technicians I have had the pleasure to interact with are 5 stars. And the repairs that have been completed have been great. But the customer service is with the AI is a nightmare and when you get to a live person, 90% of the time they can’t help despite every effort to try. It’s taken 2 months to fix a microwave light because of the poorly designed AI sending the incorrect part and then constantly trying to send techs to do the repair despite not having the correct part. Then the AI keeps communicating that a service charge is required when the plan doesn’t require it with the repair. Again the rating is poor primarily due to the overall experience I’ve had with the Sears Protect plan. I will be cancelling it as soon as I can and shopping for something better.

This claim has been rescheduled a couple of times. My tenant has been without heat for a month. Sears was assigned over a month ago to fix the hvac unit. The tech calls me today to says he does not service condo units. Thus the claim was cancelled. This is a training issue and the results of this is more than unacceptable. I had to find another company to get heat to my condo fixed.

Initial service call was good. Parts delivered next day but return service delayed one week. Return service was 2 hours past the end of the service window. Repairs complete and tested. Same problem appeared later that evening. Called for remediation next day. Call went to AI service rep. New appointment scheduled with AI but no confirmation received. Original problem still exists 10 days after initial call and supposed repair 36 hours ago.

Technician did not know what his work order was for. He was supposed to be there for the refrigerator, butter tried to fix the stove, which he did not do. The part that came is to big for the refrigerator. A new part needs to be ordered.
