I have dealt with 4 Sears technicians, and 3 of them are not professionals at all, they are so negative and unwilling to listen and understand, twisting all the words and malinterpreting anything that it says to them. Also they have you sign electronically nonsense policy amd the worse is that they save your signature into their phones. The last technician made a false report, stating that he left the appliance working when it was making only noise and not performing to the standards of the appliance.

Mohammed did not work on our machine. He said it doesn’t work, and the other technician needed to put in the paperwork. Sears isn’t taking care of this issue. It’s been too months, and they’re giving us the run around. We have called so many times. For weeks after the 1st technician couldn’t fix the refrigerator the online reps said they were having problems with their system and we’d have to call back. The technician before Mohammed came early a wk ago, and said he no one was home although me and my husband were both home and his pickup truck was sitting in the front yard. He didn’t even try to knock on the door or call my husband. That same technician didn’t put the compressor in after the first person ordered it, and then had to come back another time. I told him it wasn’t working with the new compressor; that’s when he told me that he had not put it in the last time. Sears seams to be trying to avoid replacing our refrigerator.

The technician is rude and incompetent. I was that I could give him what he really deserves and that's zero stars. This is his second time trying to repair my dishwasher. And in his words, he don't see anything wrong, and yet I have having this issue for over a year now. My Bosh dishwasher leaves water on the dishes which on terms leaves a mildew smell.
