We had a Technician come in times from another company and never felt like he took the time to diagnosis the problem correctly. Our warranty call was switched over to A&E and Tom was dispatched. Tom took the time to review the issue with us, ordered parts and replaced only what he felt was wrong. Evan id this part doesn't fix the issue I still feel like we were valued as a customer and he took the time with us that was needed rather than rushing.
