Paul was great, it just would have been helpful to get an estimated time of arrival much earlier in the day. Our window was 8 am to 3 pm and we didn't know when he would show until he reached out a bit before noon

Friendly and skilled, he explained for me what the issue seems to be. I struggled to understand him completely due to his accent. I think I understand what the issue was and hope he tested the washing machine in its entirety.

Tim was a nice guy. However, my refrigerator had the same problem that I called for the repair about within one hour of him leaving. So, it's still not fixed.

The first service call, Erick diagnosed the problem as the refrigerator mother board and ordered it. It arrived and two weeks later, a different tech came and said that's it's not the mother board, it's the compressor. After SEVERAL same-day reschedules AND unexpected no-shows, all that I had to take 1/2-days off from work, Erik came today. The Sears service website shows the unexpected rescheduling because they did not receive the right part, returned it and order a new part. This is questionable, because they send the parts directly to my house. When I contacted my warranty company, who contracted with Sears, they looked at the file and said that Sears had not been showing up because they were waiting for a compressor. I explained that I had the compressor and the other part they ordered sitting on my coffee table. As advised, I contacted Sears the next morning, and scheduled the same-day service. That service was confirmed, but nobody showed up. What didn't show up, with a 2nd compressor! Erik arrived today (2 months and 1 day after the initial visit!!) I wasn't expecting him today because the appointment was YESTERDAY! I waited all day yesterday, and was never contacted that it was rescheduled. Fortunately, I noticed the text this morning that said the technician was on his way. So, I took another day off work. He arrived, and clearly did not want to hear about all the hassles that I've had. And I acknowledged that scheduling was not his fault. He went in and out of my house to his van, carrying lots of big, heavy things, which is totally fine. When he left, I noticed that had broken the strike plate for my door knob. But what truly annoyed me, was he wouldn't take the second compressor they sent to my house! He told me that he couldn't, he was only taking one compressor with him and not too. He told me to go recycle it someplace essentially giving me an errand for his Sear's mistake. When asked for his office phone number, he told me there wasn't one!!

He is so unprofessional
He did not even have a sense of helping. Asking how to get the needed appliances he is said he does not know how to get it . I have not seen someone so unprofessional. He need to improve

Washer machine is worse.
John spent a couple of hours with our washer machine all apart and all over the floor. Upon giving us a pleasant goodbye he told us the washer machine was 'all fixed'. I went to use it for the first time the next day after he 'fixed' it and it is worse. The agitator on 'wash' cycle barely moves, even on the 'heavy' cycle. I tried the different wash cycles but the water & the clothes just sat in the soapy water. Same during the rinse cycle. I cannot wash my clothes now for 6 days until the next appointment and we have to go to the laundromat which is far away. I am upset by all this plus the additional new charge in our maintenance agreement. John should have tried out the washer machine before he left but he acted so assured it was fixed. We are very upset about this.
