Rob arrived ready to work, proceeded efficiently to fix our refrigerator, then he evaluated our drier and cleaned it a little while teaching us the fine points of using it.

The tech Tito is great. However both of the parts needed arrived at your facility on july 24. I just got the repair completed now. August 14. The first confirmed appointment was August 1. That slipped by and it kept getting rescheduled due to one of the two parts not shipping. I have both boxes from the parts now and they were both received the same day. I deserve a partial refund. Please advise.
