This was the second time he's been to my home. He was even more pleasant and helpful even in the midst of my being flustered. What a calm, knowledgeable and sweet man. He reassured me about what I needed for a filter for my refrigerator and showed me how to obtain the information off of my refrigerator. You have a wonderful employee/technician here!
