Scott was great fixed the issue with the ice maker. Very professional. It would be nice if the company could narrow down the time that the tech arrives like a two hour window. Held up my whole day.

Our repair took three visits, all long and with their own challenges, including difficult diagnosis, wrong parts, etc. Those difficulties were very frustrating but throughout the service was very professional and courteous. A&E needs to work on their corporate level customer interface. A booking window from 8-5 is ridiculous. People need reasonable planning windows.
