This is a completely incompetent company. A technician came two weeks ago to diagnose our dryer. The diagnosis was supposed to be submitted to our home warranty company, as well as ordering parts. A follow up appointment was set for today, but the technician who came didn’t have the parts and refused to follow up directly with the company to get clarification about what was done (or not done) during the initial visit.

The first tech guessed we needed a spin pump without touching the washing machine. The next tech installed the pump but never tested his work. Machine still fails to spin or drain. Charged over $500 dollars for unnecessary repairs. No mention of refund.. impossible to talk with live representative. Vending another tech today. Will order more parts no doubt. Unfair.

This is the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. The technician had no knowledge at all about the brand of my washer even though I uploaded all the information including brand, serial number and a video of the issue per request prior to the visit. The technician should never accept the ticket nor charge the money even if it was covered by the warranty. It was a total rip off.

I was told there was no issue with the refrigerator even though it is quite obvious that one door no longer closes appropriately as compared to the other door. My suspicion is that the problem is inside the door and is not something the technician is not trained to deal with in the field . Bottom line it cost me $129 for nothing. Add to the experience my appointment was scheduled for 8 am to 12 noon..technician showed up at 4:30..total wasted day and I had to pay for it

If I could , I will put negative rating for this services . It’s horrible service. my washer has been broken for 3months, always waited weeks for a technician to come, and none got the right diagnosis. The machine still hasn’t repaired. Technicians always no show on the day of appointment without informing us. We are so annoyed by this warranty service. When we ask for cancellation, they want to charge us for all the trips they came. Please find a different service provider if you can.

Appointment was delayed 4 times with no explanation or communication, and when I called the help number I was not given any helpful information but rather promised follow up that never came. The job took over a month to complete. Additionally, I was overcharged for the service. When the job finally got done the cost was $20 less than I paid to book the job, and I've gotten no indication of a refund.
