Rudy did a great job. He had to come back a couple of times to get our oven repaired, but he did a great job of explaining everything. We will use sears home repair again

There was no cost due to my washing machine being under a warranty. My service technician was on time, he was professional, courteous and appeared to have expertise. I have done a wash since he left and there has been no issues. The 100% AI for service scheduling and the 8-5 tech arrival window is frustrating.
