My experience was very positive both of the technicians vonzelle who came to Analyze the problem and today the gentleman did a fabulous job. They were pleasant and I believe did the work needed.

Rudy was very thorough when he was working to identify the problem with my oven today. He also communicated the steps he was taking in an effort to find the root of the problem. He ended up confirming our suspicions and advised us of next steps to have the problem fixed. Honestly, you just don’t find repair people like Rudy in this very busy & very hectic world today. Rudy is definitely a Keeper, Sears Appliance Repair!!😊👍🏼
