I have an old washing machine. The technician could not find a serial number or model number. A previous technician told me that parts were no longer available.

Our technician Vonzell was amazing (5 stars for him) but our overall experience with Sears was frustrating. We were told that a different technician was coming on Monday between 1 and 5 pm, and received a confirmation text on Monday morning. We never heard from a technician that day. The next day, we were told that Vonzell was coming. He did a great job, but $300 for 45 minutes' labor to install an $18 belt is ridiculous, Sears! Also, we were spammed with many emails/texts asking for the same information over and over again, even though we had provided it on the web and over the phone. Very frustrating experience overall. But Vonzell was fantastic and fixed our problem promptly and courteously.

I don’t like the fact that I could not get an estimate of how much it would cost to fix my washer door latch. I provided you with the part number, texted pictures of the washer door and latch and stated what the problem was. After confirming by phone conversation and text the time of his visit, I got another text telling me that if I did not confirm my appointment would be cancelled! As a result when the repair man came and told me it would be over $400 to install a $100 door latch I was shocked, needless to say I did not get the machine fixed by your employee! Robbery! However, the repair man would get five stars for his courtesy, kindness and understanding of how upset I was during his visit.

Terrible. Didnt do a thing other than ask me if i spoke to Z Line about my issues and what did they say. Went to his truck to call Zline about my issues only to return 15 mins later to tell me the call dropped and he couldn’t wait around as je had other visits to go to so he would be closing out my service ticket. Was a total wastw of time. Zline is sending another service company

I would have given negative rating if it was possible. The person who came was not listing anything . He was supposed to replace the dishwasher . Did not come prepare. Did not bother to turn on the tap.
