The technician was not able to come to our house inside the planned window. But once he arrived, he did a good job of troubleshooting the issues. We determined that the cost of repairing our kitchen range was more than the unit is worth.

The process was unnecessarily prolonged when the original diagnosis was faulty. When the installation technician arrived 4 days later he realized that the wrong parts had been ordered. The technician then correctly diagnosed the parts needed and reordered.them. No issues with the technician who was knowledgeable and fast

While the repair was performed professionally, I was taken aback by a $50 fee for "Clean and Maintain Service," which involved vacuuming lint, while leaving a trail of it in the room and dumping it into my trash bin.
