Our technician, Jaime Q., was efficient, professional, and very knowledgeable. He patiently answered my questions and explained step-by-step what he was seeing and doing. He identified the problem and quickly repaired it and demonstrated my machine was working properly. Overall, very happy with the repair service and I will definitely call Sears home Services again.
