Fednel was great. Gave the fridge a great check-up, and fixed the grate. Earlier in the day, I received a call from a young woman from SEARS who wanted to explain how I can could save a bit of money from the $150.00 charge for today’s service. I explained that I had a service warranty and did not have to pay for the service today. She said to hold and she would try to find that info, but after 3 minutes, my call was disconnected. I had to call back the 1-800 number I had called to make this appointment, explain this issue, and he found/knew I had the service warranty, and said he would try to explain that to the woman who called to tell me how to save some money on this service charge today. Fix this issue!
