The technician did a fine job fixing the refrigerator, but the scheduling process was frustrating. My appointment was changed three times, either during the appointment window or after it had expired, with no warning. It was impossible to get in touch with a live agent for assistance, as your phone system doesn't allow it, and there is no option to chat with a live person. Let me emphasize: my appointment was canceled three times without any notice. Although the tech did a good job when he finally arrived, I wasted hours of valuable time that could have been avoided. Unless you can prove that my experience was an outlier in the quality of service you provide, I will never recommend your company to anyone. Please do better.

Don't - just don't call. Just call your local repair guy. I called to get my dishwasher fixed, they have a $119 service call. The guy came he said its $119 ok, then he said you just have one part broken the part is $49 plus the service. I signed at the end but unknownst to me he charged $409 for the service. I called and complained -the repair cost me more than a brand new dishwasher and that their employee had lied on the cost of repair. They said it was on the level of difficulty. The guy took 15 min! Imagine they were doctors. Just call your local guy, at least if they charge you that amount it goes to someone that prob needs it not a corporation.

Not happy

When sears was in business this warranty service was great. Since sears has closed this warranty service is awful, the technicians are amazing but the way they run their business is awful. You can't ever talk to anyone, you have to call different #s to confirm your appointment or to change or cancel. They send you a link in text to be able to make changes to your appointment-you cant do anything but view the appointment date. My washer machine has been broken since September. They should keep the same technician for allnthe visits, they sent a different technician the 2nd time and he ordered the wrong parts so when the original tech came back he had to reorder new parts and come back again...It is now February, still not fixed. My dryer started to fail just the other day, they came to fix the dryer today-could have easily fixed the washer machine now that all the parts are in, but no, they have to wait and come back tomorrow since thats when its scheduled for. Once my washer is fixed I will be canceling this service and hire another company for warranty repairs. They need to really update and change the way they operate. They waste so much of everyone's time, including their own, and they waste so much money. Do Not bother with this company. Thank God I bought another washer machine back when it broke, it should finally be fixed tomorrow.

He didn't do anything, but only wasting our materials such as paper towels and bath towels to clean overflooding/leaking water. Even he didn't prepare for his starting works.

Repair guy was skeptical of parts that he was replacing…didn’t think they would repair my dishwasher. He was correct, my dishwasher is still not cleaning my dishes.

Waste of Money every time they come to your home they charge you an fee to take a look and then they say it's not covered. Don't waste your time.

I have a very bad experience with the Sears service. I will not recommend to anyone to engage Sears for home service. First, my service date was postponed just on the day of service i,e 4 Dec to 12 Dec. I had changed my plane to attend it on 4 Dec but got surprised on the day of service. It was very frustrating. On 12 Dec service guy visited. In just 2 min he mentioned the washer repair cost, which is almost two / three times the cost a new washer. He did not spend even a few minutes to diagnose the issue properly. He told me same thing what I reported for repair. His communication was rude and not professional at all. His visit did not even last more than 5 to 8 min. It was a big setback to me and felt like I paid for his service visit for nothing. Neve had such experience before. I will provide my rating even lower than 1 star, unfortunately there is no such option.
