Skylar seemed to know what he was doing, explained everything to us, and properly charged the compressor which was newly installed by a previous repairman on May 29th. We will know for sure if everything is working properly within 48 hours.Our appliance is under extended warranty, so there was no charge.

The technician was very polite and explained things. He checked the product, to see if he had the parts of his truck and handled things with our warranty when he found that he did not have the parts. Very happy with the experience.
