Collin contacted me and arrived at the time promised. He and Raymond were very courteous and conducted themselves in a professional manner. The problem was found very quickly and options for repair were explained. The problem was resolved in a very timely manner. I certainly will contact this service for my future repair needs and will recommend to others.

Mark was very nice and personable. The repair was costly so my washer is being replaced. I'm very pleased. (I just wish my nearly new washer hadn't gone out in the first place). Also, Maria, in customer service was so friendly and helpful.
