The repair guys was friendly and cool also knew what the problem was already because this probably was his 5 or six time coming to fix my dryer! They sent him to my home in his personal vehicle which he explained that he couldn’t fix it without his work van! I explained to him with the money I spend a month for the home warranty and the deductible I pay for them to come fix it that i could’ve paid for 3 brand new dryer! I think the home warranty is a joke but the guys they send do their best and are always friendly and get the work done fast!

Mark from Sears came to my home to make a diagnosis on my stove top but failed to look at all components to make a correct diagnosis and never turned on oven to make sure it worked nor did he check circuit breaker or anything, instead he wrote up that cook top and oven was shorted out(without turning oven on or taking anything apart) and not working due to a power surge and recommend that the oven and cook top needed to be replaced so that the estimate of repair could cost more than it needed to with replacing oven elements which totaled over $700 and wasn't covered under my warranty which means i would have had to pay cost out of pocket. I requested for another technician to come out from another company and just as suspected, the second technician(from another company) diagnoses was only that 1 of my stove top burners needed to be replaced which was covered under my home warranty and didn't cost me any additional money. Sears needs to have better technicians and service, I was very unsatisfied and disappointed.

Worst technician ever...he don't want to do the job for anyone ... only like to show up to people house just to collect the service fee from ppl....if you have a company insurance claim this guy will put down so much extra things that ain't there just to get you denied out the claim because he really doesn't want to do the job..but at the same time if your company willing to pay 1200$ for a job that's 3 too 400$ then he's the perfect guy to scam with for the job. He look at my GE washer and immediately told me it was going to cost about $1,200 to replace the parts for the washer when it only needed a inner tub that's about $300 to 350 for it but he wants the most money he can make off it if he happen to get approved for the job. He applied to me and said that ain't even included my labor. I knew right then this guy's a rip off. He really hurt you and you're insurance or insurance home company never hire Mark L. From Sears appliance repair ever such a waste of money. Might as well just tell everyone I'm only here for the service fee 😔🥺

This is the one of the worst experience of service received. Parts came in one week after diagnosis and could not get return call. Repair done approximately two months later. Refrigerator still not working right. Cutting my lost, discontinuing service.

David arrived Monday morning. I explained to him that the washer was not washing clothes properly. Clothes were still coming out with dirt and grime on them. He said he recalibrated the washer but mechanically it was working fine. He never once moved the washer, looked under it or even behind it. He told me to try a cold water detergent and also use the deep water wash setting. As soon as he left, I tried to wash a very small load of clothes with his recommended deep water wash only to have the exact same issues. I had to setup another appointment for the next day. A different technician came out and actually tilted the washer back to look. Ended up the washer needed a transmission and a new hub plate.

Did not fix the problem after coming several times The problem was addressed again with the technician and refused to fix and said he had to leave. Message received
