The cost I paid was only the $100 deductible with American Home Shield, and Sears Appliance Repair was in contact with me regularly in regards to the issue prior to arrival. When the technician arrived he was already aware of the most likely causes for the malfunction and was able to confirm the issue without disconnecting the water lines, which was a huge relief. He was thorough yet quick in his assessment as well as extremely polite and respectful.
