Mark arrived on time. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Mark did not waste any time diagnosing the problem with my washer. It was fixed in a flash. He was thorough in offering and explaining the warranty that Sears offers. He was also thorough in his explanation of the problem with my washer and what was done to correct the problem. If I ever need Sears repair services again, I hope Mark is the one that comes out.
