Sears appliance repair was contacted on 3 March about an error code E5 on my dryer. The first appointment was scheduled for 13 March. We were given a window of 0700-1800 and waited at home all day to receive a message 13 minutes before their window closed to tell us that nobody would show up. The next appointment available at this point was 27 March. The repair technician saw the error code come up. Then it was “suddenly working”. He “couldn’t find anything wrong”. We paid, without having any work done. At 1800 this same night, the dryer threw the same error code and will not start. Great service👍🏻

If I could give a lower rating I would go negative. It's January and we have been waiting since July to have our washer repaired. They order one part then the next visit another part. Our second to last app he said well I going to have them replace it and took all the parts. Two weeks later I called Sears and they informed me because our washer was outside when he came they weren't going to cover it. The tech wanted it outside because he was too big to work on it in the house. Now today we had another appointment. Well they never called to say they were not coming. I can't express how sick and disappointed I am about this situation. I would never recommend sears warranty to anyone.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I haven’t even been able to deal with anyone local so I’m not sure about the Leesville techs, I’m sure they are great. The actual Sears Home Service company is trash. I have been trying to get my dryer fixed for two months. I have paid for the service but received nothing. I have had five scheduled appointments and no one has showed up. My status on their website keeps saying parts ordered and I have told them multiple times that I received the parts but the system isn’t updating. I haven’t been able to speak with a manager or supervisor. All the call centers are in India and they have not been able to help me at all. The only reason I am keeping this appointment is because it’s through my American Home Shield. I would never recommend using this service. Unbelievably bad.
